Packing Returned Product

After receiving approval to return product to Catholic Book Publishing Corp., please observe the following guidelines: 1.) pack products flat (not on spines); 2.) secure products by filling empty spaces in packaging with white paper, Styrofoam packing, or bubble pack (avoid using newspapers as the print can damage product); 3.) if returning defective product, please clearly indicate where defect is located; 4.) include name, address, account number (located in top left-hand corner of packing slip), our order number (located in top right-hand corner of packing slip), and copy of original packing slip for each package returned; 5.) include your Return Material Authorization form, complete with Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #); 6.) record your RMA # on the outside of the return packaging.
