Possibly better than nothing...but...

You are better off using the rubrics printed in each volume of the Liturgy of the Hours.
This book leaves a great deal to be desired and does not deal with the specifics of Solemnities and Feast, memorials and days of remembrance.
Your parish priest, especially if he is a member of a religious Order, would also be a better source of information.
The only positive feature of the book that comes to mind is that it was well printed.
