that's really not what you want to know

Dear Catholic Book Publishing,
I very much appreciated the wonderful service in completing my order for a new chapel size Missal for our Parish, San Carlos Cathedral, in Monterey, California. I would recommend your company certainly as I have ordered several Missals from you over the years, especially after that year when Mass was outside!
But I truly had to smile at your question -- what do I think of the Roman Missal. That is a completely different question! The translation is terrible! I would much have preferred that the U.S. Bishops were allowed to bring to reality their outstanding plans for a new edition of the Sacramentary. But that really isn't what you really wanted to know. Can't wait for 4th edition of the Roman Missal with a far better English translation! But you aren't responsible for the text! Just the excellent version of the book that holds the text. Thanks again.

Disappointed

I was given the impression that it was up to date. It was not. Had to return. Very disappointed.
