St Joseph Missals

I have encountered numerous binding issues, and bent front covers and also bent back covers of the St. Joseph Missals. Numerous copies have appeared cheaply bound with clear imperfections on the spine of the missals as well. Another most disappointing feature I have found in the St. Joseph Missals, is the glossy color artwork which appears juvenile and suited for very young children, NOT ADULTS.
I have also found the customer service representatives at your company to be extremely short, curt, and unconcerned.
